RTD Pass Program Working Group – July Meeting

RTD Pass Program Working Group – July Meeting

The next RTD Pass Program Working Group meeting will be hosted by Adams County Economic Development (12200 Pecos Street, Suite 100, Westminster) on July 25 at 1 p.m.  This meeting is convenient to commuters and employers in the north metro, and Smart Commute encourages anyone interested in learning about this process, or offering a comment about RTD’s current or planned programs, to attend.

This Working Group was created by RTD and is facilitated by Michael Hughes in order to: (1)  make recommendations to RTD staff on revisions to all RTD pass programs, (2) revisit and refine goals for each pass program,  (3) refine pricing and administration of each pass program, (4) recommend pass program policy revisions and (5) recommend criteria for RTD to use in evaluating future proposals for new pass programs.

The Working Group consists of a broad range of interest groups and constituencies selected for their level of interest and depth of experience with RTD.  Smart Commute’s Executive Director, Karen Stuart, serves on this Working Group and has offered our location for the next Pass Program meeting – they are being held throughout the RTD service area, with each month at a different location.

At the beginning of each meeting there is a Public Comment period. The Working Group is looking for input from riders, pass holders and members of the public.

If you are interested in this discussion, please plan to join us July 25 at 1 p.m. at 12200 Pecos Street, Suite 100 (ACED offices).
