Keynote Speaker

Jim Doyle

Managing Director, MobilityNEXT

Jim has 28+ years experience leading a wide range of organizations across multiple industries. Most recently, he was President of Panasonic Enterprise Solutions Company. Jim launched Panasonic’s smart city initiative in North America, CityNOW.

Prior to that, he managed solutions business for IBM’s electronics industry in North America. Jim Received an MBA from Indiana University and a BS from Syracuse University.

Charles Bowers

Senior Program Manager, CBRE

Charles has been with CBRE since 2011 and currently serves as a senior program manager on the Amazon account, managing employee commute programs for Amazon sites across North America. Charles oversees the development of transportation demand management strategies that reduce drive-alone commuting and promote community stewardship in the neighborhoods where Amazon operates. During his tenure with CBRE, Charles has held roles in sustainability, real estate, and transportation. Prior to working for CBRE, Charles was a sustainability consultant working with clients in the Pacific Northwest to solve challenging sustainability problems. Charles holds an MBA in sustainable business management from the Presidio Graduate School.



Clint Autry

General Manager, DEN3 Amazon

Clint joined Amazon in March 2012 as a Warehouse Deals Area Manager at LEX2 and then moved to CVG1 as the IB. With many successful stops along the way,  Clint then supported Prime Now for Q3 and Q4 of 2017 and helped develop the Central Operations team expand their site control by 66% by establishing daily compliance measures and Core competency owners. Clint returned to TPA1 in December to help support another successful peak. In 2018, Clint was selected as the Assistant General Manager to help launch the First AR site in Denver Colorado. With his achievement during launch, Clint was announced as the General Manager of Den3 in February. Prior to Amazon, Clint was in the Unites States Marine Corps and also played college football. Outside of work he loves spending time with his wife Jennifer and their 24 month old daughter Jordyn.



Dave Genova

General Manager, RTD 

David Genova is the General Manager and CEO for RTD.  Dave is a 23 year veteran of the transit industry working at RTD since 1994.  He previously served as the Assistant General Manager of Safety, Security and Facilities for nearly 8 years and prior to that was the Senior Manager of Public Safety for 10 years.  He was originally hired by RTD as the Manager of Safety and Environmental Compliance.  Prior to his experience at RTD, Dave worked in various roles in the environmental, safety and oil and gas industries.
